400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swing (53lb/36lb)
12 Pull Ups

If you have issues with pull ups, scale with either a resistance band or jumping pull ups. Ring Rows is an alternate option as well.

    24:47 as Rx'd, except 500m runs. extra 100 on last round was a "gorilla."

  2. Wow! i can't imagine running an extra 300 meters on that workout! 1200 meters already hurts as is. Awesome job Sir!

      it wasn;t fun but it worked out well starting and stopping in the same spot by our pull up bars.
