  1. 335 lbs - Not a PR for me but felt strong anyway. Good showing today (six athlete’s total) considering all the TRNG & TAD occurring this week (Swim QUAL, etc). Very humid but not too hot.

  2. On a rest day after 2 days of 30 mile rides. 25lb Med Ball just came in. Think I'll give Karen a go tomorrow. 15 sets of ten I think.
