20 Wallballs (20#/14#)
20 Double Unders
20 Ball Slams (20#)

For wallballs, 10ft target for men and 8 ft target for women. Scale double unders by doing 60 singles jump rope skips. And for ball slams, reach full extension prior (open hips) prior to executing the ball small!
