The workout that was randomly chosen today (somewhat random lol) was:

"Barbara"

5 rounds, time each round

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

  2. tell me about it!! you know it's bad when you start looking forward to the pull ups and air squats. I hate push ups and crunches!

    I think my time came out to 25:30. I'm not sure if that's right but i do remember stopping at 37:30 minus 12 minutes of rest time.

  3. 37:13 minus 12:00 = 25.13 as req'd. Great WOD! Push ups were a real smoker.
