Strength - 5x2 weighted push-ups

Wod:
10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 40 ,30, 20, 10 for time Air squats, abmat sit-ups, pull-ups, double unders

  1. Did Hero WoD Michael' (posted on this Site 20 Nov) in lieu of today’s WoD; Time: 22:22. Wanted to get it knocked out early so I didn’t wait to see what would be posted. By myself in Slidell at Breckenridge Trailhead; great Wx, cloudy & light drizzle but warm (~75);

    1st WoD in almost a month-and-a-half (I had a few weird health issues – all sorted out now); slight shoulder pain (nerve pinch) in both shoulders, otherwise felt great but didn't push real hard. Interesting CrossFit testimony: Though I haven’t PT’d for a month-and-a-half, my stamina and strength are essentially unchanged.
