20 Single arm Clean and Press or Snatches (1 pood/.5 pood)
30 Sumo Deadlifts (2 pood/1.5 pood)
40 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
50 Goblet Squats (1.5 pood/1 pood)
200m Farmers Walk with 2 Kettlebells (1.5 pood/1 pood)
Turkish Get ups will begin in the up position. All single arm exercises will be divided per arm (i.e. 20 Snatches - 10 per left arm, 10 per right arm)
