60 Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds

  1. 27:48 -- In the MCSF NOLA Gym w/ LtCol King, SSgt J, & Cpl McCord; as req'd except for last 30 of the Hang PWR Clns - scaled to 115 lbs. Tough WoD, but felt great nonetheless.
