Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30 reps

  1. 185-135(x10)-185-95(x20)-185-65(x30) - Attempted 205 at the start but just couldn't get it (full SQT at least) - dropped to 195, then 185. Right knee started to hurt; clearly I'm doing something wrong in form. Felt great otherwise - full warm-up beforehand.
