20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

  1. 35:25 - As req'd, really smoked me (almost met Mr U. Chuck); my lowest time on this WoD; warm-up minus pull-ups, push-ups & SQTs; in the MCSF NOLA Gym by myself (no other CrossFitters that is); cool Wx, o'cast.
