AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

  1. No rings in MARCORSPTFAC gym (or good place to hang them even if I had them), so I sub'd 3 pullups and 3 dips for the muscle ups. No Kettlebells, so I used a 70 pound dumbell.

    6 rounds complete + 3 pullups & 3 dips.

    At CamLej (visit to RFF-1200 & SPMAGTF-12); ran in vibram soles from Paradise Pt BOQ to 22 Area Gym (5K) and back after WoD; real smoker, esp hard were the K-Bell swings; sub'd MUs for 4 X PUs & 4 X Dips - no rings available.
