Warm-up: drop push-ups,sit-ups,squats,back extension

Three rounds for time of:
Run 100 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters
50 Squats
Run 100 meters
50 Back extensions

  1. Nice Wx - ~70, not too humid; ran 5K beforehand.

    22:49 by GySgt Duncan's clock; 24:00 by mine (one of us was off; real smoker, got tougher each rd; legs felt like rubber; LCpl Danza (PAO - ran 5K with us and finished 1st on that run) had top time (finished 1st there too) at 16:Something.

  3. 20:30..I was trying to keep up with LCpl Dannsa but he started to pull away in the middle of second round.
