Good Morning Cross Fitters,

If you did not watch the games over the last week, I suggest watching them! Congratulations to all of those that competed in the 2012 Reebok Cross Fit Games!

Also I have put together some WODs for this upcoming CFT Season, the month of August willl be one of the hottest/most humid months of the summer, so why not cap it off with some good Combat Fitness Training! M, T, W, F of August will be all CFT oriented WODs! I hope that you will take advantage of the good training! We will be running our CFT 31 August, 2012. I will post scores!
