Wednesday: 7 Rounds For Time, 7 Power Snatches, 7 Snatch Balance, 7 Overhead Squats (95#)

Thursday: REST

Friday: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Front Squats 155#, Lateral over the bar burpees.
