  1. Baseline rx with 35# KB. This lasted for 30 minutes!! This was tough by itself.

Tumilson w/ 53# KBs...somewheres around 15 mins... Rest in Peace warrior! Steady pace throughout the WOD.

Durability runs...awful. I suppose I maintained a relatively steady pace and although fatigued, I wasn't incredibly gasping at the end of each 100m sprint. Now I am not sure that is because I wasn't pushing hard enough, (cuz believe me when I say, that I wanted to quit), or that is because I couldn't get my legs to move fast enough to leave me gasping...not sure. Either way, I did it! Much thanks to Brent for keeping me in the game and punching my mental clown in the face!! Take that clown!

Arm haulers and hello Dollys...did single count...oops! I underestimated that burn!!

If you have a good jump rope, bring it in for tomorrow's WOD.

    Great job today everyone.

  2. Baseline working on TGU form (second time I've ever actually done them) used 35# KBs for some of the w/u, went lower when I started to lose form. (Shoulders were burned, form looks a lot better though).

Didn't time the WOD because of the number of people actually running it. I did 6 Rounds at 53# with a 400M run in between.. I measured the distance incorrectly.. Once I was corrected I did the remaining rounds with the Rx 200M the last Kettle Bell Burpees I used the big boy weight.

RIP JT, GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.

Unfortunately due to time constraints, I did not get to do the 10 rounds.. got the Hello Dolly's and Arm Haulers in though.
