You have Ten Minutes to complete a 1200 meter Row and as many Double Unders or Single Jump Ropes
WOD 2
With a rolling clock complete 1-10m sprint, increasing an additional rep of 10m sprints until unable to complete the number of sprints within the minute. (ie. 1-10m sprint on first minute, 2-10m sprints on second minute, 3-10m sprints on third minute, etc...)
