A good stretching session first; then, hold and accumulate a handstand hold (against a wall) for 5 minutes, hold and accumulate a bridge up for 5 minutes, and hold and accumulate hollow body for 5 minutes.
Then our WOD.
AMRAP 12 minutes:
5 push press, 65% bodyweight
10 push ups
15 double unders
Plus 100 GHD situps for time
