  1. 32:07 - Wet day, light rain, ~ 75 degrees; full warm-up beforehand; scaled C&J to 95 lbs right from the start, otherwise as req’d; showed up late for the WoD so I wound up doing it by myself. Felt great, though my PR is 28:38 (Mar 2011) ran first mile at 8:10 – went TAD last week and left my Vibram Soles in the hotel at San Antonio!
