Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

  1. 315 lbs - in HQ BLDG Gym; started at 225 lbs then jumped to 315 right away - I thought it was 275 but wasn't used to using iron wts and mis-added; scaled down to 275 afterward; full warm-up, ran 5K beforehand.
