  1. 41:22 - As req'd except for O'Hd SQTs - scaled to 75 lbs on that; very sore LATs & arms from WoD 2 days ago (150 pull-ups in that WoD); good Wx - ~75 degrees, low humidity. Ran 5K w/ Maj Lee beforehand; 1st run w/ my new Vibram Soles.
