Full warm-up

Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:
275 pound Deadlift, 3 reps
115 pound Push press, 7 reps

  1. 4 rounds - full rds, as req'd (didn't scale weight); tough WoD, bit of a smoker; another day of outstanding Wx (low humidity, 61 degrees).

    Ran 5K with Dr Spinu & Maj Lee beforehand.
