  1. 5 full rounds + 1 400M run; MUs were toe-touch start; outstanding Wx (low humidity, light breeze, 62 degrees); felt strong but a little tired; ran 5K (lower 9th Ward levee) w/ Leo and Maj Lee beforehand.
