5 full rds as RX'd except on last rd had to use the 20" box, due to congestion at the 24, but strung together 20 straight to make up for the loss of 4." Deads have to go up to 185 next time, 155 too light. Afterwards tried to snatch 135. 3 attempts but I'm too hesitent to commit to the "drop in" IOT recieve the bar. Felt like I had plenty of pull, though. Knee felt good.
8 full rds as req'd; kept a very steady pace, went out to 15:05 to squeeze in last 3 Box Jumps. Outstanding Wx (dry, clear, sunny, 51 degrees). Ran 5K w/ Dr Spinu and Maj Jim Lee beforehand; for a slow run, we really stepped it out (24:33). Rt ham was pinching a bit. Mike: Great having you out there today. We need to get you on video for these PWR Lifting pieces; your form is immaculate.
Knee is coming back good don't want to push it too hard...yet. I think I'll be good in late May. Did you watch the "Man test" video on the Main site from Tuesday? Its a Concept II rower modified to simulate hammer fisting an opponet in MMA (I know they said BJ Penn is using it), or using an axe. The wattage these guys pulled was staggering.
