As you all know Crossfit is doing "Crossfit for hope" this program is set up to obtain donations for Saint Judes. Jeff Colon and I participated at Cross Fit Nola. Check it out.

CHEST TO BAR PULL UPS (FEMALES CAN DO REG KIPPING P/U'S)

Get someone to judge you, count your totals and post them!
