  2. At Union Square in San Francisco during the CDR's Conf; ran 1 mi (7:24), 1 mi (6:58), 800M (3:28), & 2 X 400M (1:30; 1:28); little bit of an incline on part of the Square; felt good even though I didn't get much sleep the night before; hams just a bit twitchy.
