      Are you loose in the shoulders? If so trying rolling them forward once you lock out in the overhead position. If its muscle weakness in the delts or the supporting muscles of the shoulder girdle try doing behind the neck presses, grip should right bewteen your clean grip and your snatch grip, while in the catch position, yes I do mean in a "rock bottom" squat.
