Run 800 Meters
Samson Stretch foreward and Aft
Buddy Stretches: Shoulders, Chest, Back, Hamstrings, Groin. Hold each for 30 seconds.

Death before the Death
Marine Corps Crunches
3 ROUNDS
As many as possible in two minutes.

Death By Pull Up
Complete:
1 pull up the first minute, two pull ups the second minute, three pull ups the third minute and so on...
These Pull ups, will be from the dead hang position.

As we all know PFT season is coming up..
