REST DAY

AN APPLE A DAY. Hard-charging athletes & warrior athletes need all the nutritional support they can get. Apples are cheap, readily available power-packed immune system defenders. They're high in fiber, Vitamin C & other nutrients that protect cells before, during & after bouts of intense physical exercise. Plus, unlike many fruits & vegetables, apples maintain their nutritional content for as long as 200 days after being harvested.
