  1. 18:19 - Tough WoD, METCON smoker; scaled PP to 115 lbs from the start. Ran 5K w/ Maj Lee & Dr Spinu beforehand - 2d run in my new Vibram soles; felt good, calves not so sore this time.

    Last day in The Cage; we're moving to FED City this week; not too hot (~75 degrees) but humid.

    1st METCON WOD in the MARCORSPTFAC gym (no bumper plates) and I miss The Cage already. I can't wait for the gear to get across the river.
