50 Power snatch at 75 / 55 lbs
400 Meter run
30 Burpee box jump, 24″ / 20″ box
400 Meter run

Athletes may not begin snatches or burpees until both return from each run. Athletes must switch every 5 reps on snatches and burpees. WOD ends when both athletes get back from the final run
