800m Warm Up Jog
Lower Body Mobility Stretching (Coach Led)
Burgener Warm Up

Strength - 60 sec L- Sit

Skill - 20 Handstand Wall Climbs


Wod:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Double Unders and 5 Hollow Rocks. 

Add 5 reps to each exercise every round.

T2B/K2E may be substituted for Hollow Rocks
